Our Legal Basis
We believe that Article One, Section Ten, Clause One of the United States Constitution, along with the First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, Tenth Amendment, and the Fourteenth Amendment, guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to privately contract. As a Private Membership Association (PMA) we support our members in gathering together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under the United States Constitution, as well as federal and state constitutions and statutes. At Cherut Way PMA, we strive to maintain and improve the civil rights, constitutional guarantees, and freedom of choice for every member, enabling them to pursue personal and political freedom in all aspects of God given life, as they walk a path of freedom in a broken world.
